Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Order Management:

Monitor and review incoming emails and LPOs, ensuring proper coordination with the purchase and operations teams.

2. Supplier & Logistics Coordination:

Communicate via email and WhatsApp regarding delivery status, price variations, and supplier-related inquiries.

3. Production Oversight:

Manage and oversee night shift operations as the manager on duty, assigning production tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.

4. Stock Monitoring & Urgent Requirements:

Supervise and track inventory levels to fulfill urgent delivery requirements and manage daily production needs.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare delivery notes, oversee logistics operations, and ensure timely dispatch of goods.

6. LPO Fulfillment:

Ensure all LPO deliveries are arranged and completed within 24 hours.

7. Billing & Invoicing:

Generate and share day shift sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably in food distribution.

· Experience in managing production schedules and logistics coordination.

· Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking tools.

Salary offered upto AED 3000 + accommodation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
