Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and inventory processing.
- Forecast supply and demand requirements to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Generate purchase reports, pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory performance reports.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts; report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain and update accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and inventory data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory control, stock monitoring, or a related role.
- Strong personality with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to work extended hours (up to 12-hour shifts) when required, especially during weekly and monthly periods.
- Flexible schedule with readiness for duty extensions and on-call assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Willingness to work outside the UAE if required.
- Arabic-speaking skills are required.
