Inventory Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient coordination between warehouse and purchasing teams. This role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the warehouse.
• Maintain and update inventory records using the company’s inventory management system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure proper stock availability and movement.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock movements including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Support warehouse operations by ensuring proper stock organization and control.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in inventory control, preferably in a distribution company.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in distribution, trading, or warehouse operations.
