Inventory Controller

The Inventory Controller at Aofgroup is responsible for managing and overseeing inventory levels to ensure accuracy, availability, and optimal stock management. This role involves monitoring stock movements, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain efficient inventory control and support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements accurately.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock replenishment and storage.
• Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and reduce waste or excess.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Support audit processes and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an inventory controller or in inventory management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
