Responsible for managing all non-trading items used within the company, including fixed assets, systems, maintenance and operational supplies, uniforms, and promotional materials. The role ensures accurate recording on the system and monitors the consumption of these items across departments to maintain control, efficiency, and cost optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconcile accounting entries with warehouse records and the RMS system.

Prepare branch expense reports and record them accurately in the GPL system.

Collect, review, and verify all invoices for each item against the corresponding purchase orders.

Compile warehouse-related expenses for new projects, including fixed assets, spare parts, and system supplies.

Conduct periodic and annual physical counts of fixed assets across all branches.

Follow up on inter-branch item transfers and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.

Monitor slow-moving items requested by departments and ensure their effective utilization.

Verify that all items transferred to branches are properly used and correctly recorded as expenses.

Review, record, and maintain invoices related to fixed assets and systems in the relevant system.

Prepare end-of-period inventory balance and consumption reports.

Generate and review purchase reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry.

Perform inventory checks for systems and materials held at the head office.

Review item status (open or closed for sale) and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Age not exceeding 35 years

Experience in inventory control for spare parts warehouses, including any of the following:

Refrigeration

Air Conditioning
-
Plumbing
-
All types of fittings
-
Electrical
-
Equipment
-
Alternatively, experience in any spare parts department is acceptable
