• Dispatching Daily Inventory Items

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all daily inventory items.

• Placing Orders with Vendors

• Raise and manage purchase orders within procurement timelines.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages or excess.

• Sensor Replacement Support

• Coordinate and provide timely support for all sensor replacement requests.

• System Updates

• Accurately update stock movements and transactions in Zoho and ICAP systems.

• Inventory Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Support Ticket Resolution

• Resolve queries and escalation tickets related to sensor delivery and replacement.
