Inventory Coordinator

India

  • A diploma or any degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with an ERP system; proficiency in ERP Efitrack is required.
  • Experience with Zoho Inventory is a significant advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Validation) are crucial for reporting.
  • Excellent Email Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with team members and suppliers.
  • Stack & Rack Management: Proven ability to organize a warehouse for maximum efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
  • Inward & Outward Process Management: In-depth knowledge of receiving and dispatching procedures and documentation.
  • Reporting & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to compile data, identify trends, and generate accurate summary reports.
  • Documentation Handling: Meticulous experience in preparing and managing Delivery Challans, Purchase Orders, and other inventory documents.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,591.97 - ₹28,306.83 per month
