- A diploma or any degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with an ERP system; proficiency in ERP Efitrack is required.
- Experience with Zoho Inventory is a significant advantage.

- MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Validation) are crucial for reporting.
- Excellent Email Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with team members and suppliers.
- Stack & Rack Management: Proven ability to organize a warehouse for maximum efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
- Inward & Outward Process Management: In-depth knowledge of receiving and dispatching procedures and documentation.
- Reporting & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to compile data, identify trends, and generate accurate summary reports.
- Documentation Handling: Meticulous experience in preparing and managing Delivery Challans, Purchase Orders, and other inventory documents.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
