Job Description:

We are looking for a detail oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our Inventory / Warehouse team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock discrepancies, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring efficient inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain daily inventory levels (raw materials, finished goods, FMCG products)
• Receive, count, and reconcile inventory through cycle counts and physical inventory checks king technology
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including negative stock, overages, and variances
• Prepare and post inventory transactions (e.g., receipts, adjustments) in the ERP / inventory management system
• Participate in regular and annual physical inventory counts, ensuring data integrity
• Maintain and update item master data, such as product descriptions, bill of materials, and cost data
• Produce and analys inventory reports (trends, scrap, adjustments, aging) to support inventory target setting
• Coordinate with the procurement, distribution, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment on stock levels and movement
• Recommend process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce waste

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
