Inventory cum Assistant Accountant

Primary Role — Inventory

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Record goods received/issued and reconcile physical stock with the system
• Run periodic and annual stock counts; investigate discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points; flag shortages and obsolete/slow-moving stock
• Track material consumption against production
• Coordinate with procurement and production; prepare inventory and stock valuation reports

Supporting Role — Accounting

• Assist with daily transactions, AP/AR, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
• Support VAT filing, petty cash, payroll, and month-end closing as needed

What You Need

• B.Com / degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
• [1–3] years in inventory control, ideally in manufacturing/trading, with working accounting knowledge
• Hands-on with Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho (or similar) + strong Excel
• Accuracy, organization, and ability to hit deadlines
