Inventory cum Logistics Assistant

Job Summary

The Scent Library is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory & Logistics Assistant to manage and oversee day-to-day logistics operations across retail, warehouse, and distribution functions. The role requires on-site presence to ensure smooth coordination of inventory movement, deliveries, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for retail stores, warehouse, and B2B clients
• Monitor inventory movement, stock transfers, and delivery schedules
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
• Ensure accurate documentation for deliveries, invoices, and stock records
• Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages
• Support store replenishment and inter-branch transfers
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of perfume products
• Maintain updated logistics reports and records
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or luxury goods is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and coordinate on-site operations
• Proficient in basic reporting tools and inventory systems
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Contract & Work Conditions

• Must hold a valid UAE freelance visa (mandatory)
• On-site work required
• Availability to work according to operational needs
