Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and streamline supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise in warehouse management, data analytics, and procurement will drive efficiency and support our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platform.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and root cause analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement
• Analyze supply chain data using ERP and other analytics tools to forecast demand, improve stocking strategies, and enhance process efficiencies.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, materials handling, and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures that support demand planning, production scheduling, and materials management.
• Utilize data mining techniques for category management, pricing analysis, and supply chain analytics to maximize cost savings and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including procurement, sourcing, demand planning, and logistics.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or SAP, SQL databases, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and process improvements, and heavy lifting requirements.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across management, production planning, and supplier relations.
• 3+ years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment,
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.01 - $28.92 per hour
