Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform regular inventory counts of all goods in the warehouse on a scheduled basis and compare against ERP inventory levels- Conduct thorough inventory audits, ensuring proper documentation and reporting of findings.
- Provide assistance to independent auditors during the annual inventory audit or as needed.
- Identify and communicate common count discrepancies in inventory counts to management
- Review Inventory on-hand, variance reports and collaborating with team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise
- Adhere to appropriate documentation procedures to support all audit activities, including internal control audits and independent counts.
- Verify the accuracy of placards, check inventory locations, correct any discrepancies and report of any damaged goods.
- Comply with procedures and best practices, promptly reporting unsafe and unprofessional behavior.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned by the Department Manager
Qualifications:

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Detail oriented with good organization and time management abilities

Demonstrate ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (Manufacturing environment)

Capable of working independently and results oriented

Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control and warehousing

Preferred prior experience or certification in operating power equipment, for example Forklift.

Willingness to be trained on and use forklift and scissor lift

Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
Skills/Competencies:

Proficient in English language with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective and clear communication.

Skilled in operating Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, showcasing computer literacy.

Self-direction, flexibility, strong Work ethic, Integrity, allowing for adaptability and successful Multitasking.

Mathematical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge or familiarity with ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
