Job Description:
As an E-commerce Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring inventory levels across multiple sales channels and warehouses
- Managing purchase orders, ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet demand.
- Implementing inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conducting regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system record
- Analysing sales trends and forecasting future inventory needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and logistics, to streamline inventory processes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilizing inventory management software and tools to track and manage inventory data effectively.
Qualifications:
- Fresher, Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred and also required for fresher candidates.
- Prior experience in inventory management, e-commerce operations, or retail preferred for experienced candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
