Inventory Executive

Job Description:

As an E-commerce Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring inventory levels across multiple sales channels and warehouses
• Managing purchase orders, ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet demand.
• Implementing inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Conducting regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system record
• Analysing sales trends and forecasting future inventory needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and logistics, to streamline inventory processes
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilizing inventory management software and tools to track and manage inventory data effectively.

Qualifications:

• Fresher, Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred and also required for fresher candidates.
• Prior experience in inventory management, e-commerce operations, or retail preferred for experienced candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
