Job Title: Stock Manager / Inventory Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Manager / Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations for our medical equipment division. The role involves maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring timely availability of products, and coordinating with procurement and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day stock operations of medical equipment and consumables.
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock using Excel/ERP.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of equipment as per standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for stock replenishment.
• Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management.
• Monitor expiry dates and minimize losses due to damages or discrepancies.
• Support the sales team by ensuring stock availability for orders.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock/inventory/warehouse management.
• Experience in medical equipment or pharma industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
