Operations and Logistics Senior Executive

Exp: 2+ Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Operations Management
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and track key KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, order accuracy).
• Ensure smooth execution of transportation and distribution activities.
• Optimize routes, schedules, and resources to achieve timely deliveries.
• Oversee operations including stocking, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce operational risks.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business needs.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
• Implement risk management measures to minimize disruptions.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and promote teamwork for operational success.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain, and distribution management.
• Proficiency in ERP/Logistics software (WMS, TMS).
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics/operations management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
