Inventory Executive

Job Summary

The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Update inventory databases and generate reports on stock movement, aging, and valuation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely replenishment and dispatch.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and wastage.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and verify delivery accuracy.
  • Assist in forecasting demand based on historical data and sales trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in inventory handling.
  • Support ERP or inventory management system implementation and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Inventory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
