Procurement and Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligning with organisational needs and budget.
  • Identify and select suppliers, negotiate favourable contracts, and finalise terms.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement, inventory, and vendor contracts using inventory management systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and inventory reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
  • Build, nurture, and evaluate relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
  • Monitor vendor performance, establish metrics, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process: purchase requisitions, orders, deliveries, receipts, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and forecast future needs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and supply chain optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational procurement policies and relevant legal requirements.
  • Address and resolve supplier issues, returns, or service disruptions promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
