Inventory Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Product Packaging Executive to manage stock levels, oversee product packaging, and ensure smooth dispatch operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inventory handling, product labeling, packaging, and coordination with warehouse/logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems regularly.
• Conduct daily/weekly stock audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor product movement and coordinate restocking as required.
• Manage inward and outward stock flow efficiently.
• Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products to optimize stock levels.

Product Packaging:

• Oversee product packaging as per brand standards and platform (Amazon, Flipkart, Website) requirements.
• Ensure packaging quality, safety, and accuracy before dispatch.
• Manage packaging material inventory and reorder supplies when needed.
• Label products correctly with barcode and ensure error-free dispatch.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with logistics, and operations teams for timely delivery.
• Handle product returns and damaged goods documentation.
• Prepare and share daily reports on stock, dispatch, and packaging status with management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in inventory, warehouse, or packaging roles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
