Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Management Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a professional familiar with SAP S4 Hana Public Edition and other inventory management processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory operations and ensuring accuracy in stock management.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proficiency in inventory cycle count on a daily basis (Mandatory skill).

· Experience with wall-to-wall audit processes (Mandatory skill).

· Competency in using SAP S4 Hana Public Edition SAP MM (Mandatory skill).

· Strong understanding of the putaway process to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.

· Adept at stock adjustment procedures to ensure inventory records reflect actual stock levels.

· Skilled in consolidation efforts to streamline and reduce overall inventory levels across locations.

· Experience conducting periodical stock audits to maintain accurate and updated inventory records.

· Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills for assessing inventory data and management.

· Field force logistics executive.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.

· Perform wall-to-wall audits to ensure accurate tracking and control of stock levels.

· Utilize SAP S4 Hana Public Edition to manage and monitor inventory transactions effectively.

· Implement and oversee the put away process to optimize space utilization and accessibility.

· Manage stock adjustments and coordinate with relevant departments for accurate inventory reporting.

· Lead consolidation efforts by analysing inventory data and proposing measures to reduce excess stock.

· Regularly conduct periodical stock audits to validate stock records and maintain data integrity.

· Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
