Inventory Executive

An Inventory Executive manages stock levels, tracks inventory movements, and ensures accurate record-keeping to support efficient supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory for accuracy and availability, conducting regular audits and reconciliations, forecasting needs in coordination with departments, and implementing strategies to minimize excess or shortages. They also handle quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods, update records using inventory software, and collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and warehouse teams to optimize processes.
