Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to manage and monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse, purchase, and production teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management within the manufacturing or interior industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials in ERP/Excel.
✅ Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
✅ Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for material requirements.
✅ Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and reconciliation.
✅ Manage inventory documentation — GRN, stock reports, and dispatch records.
✅ Identify slow-moving and non-moving items for inventory optimization.
✅ Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in the warehouse.
✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
✔ 2–4 years of experience in inventory or store management (preferably in manufacturing/interior industry).
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ERP software, and MS Excel.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
✔ Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
