Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and tools.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly stock audits and ensure system accuracy.
- Update GRN, stock entries, and material issues in ERP.
- Track material movement between stores, production, and installation teams.
Store Operations
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per purchase orders.
- Ensure proper labelling, binning, stacking, and storage as per safety norms.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and alert purchase team for replenishment.
- Prepare goods dispatch documents and coordinate with logistics for deliveries.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and project teams for material requirements.
- Report daily material in/out status and maintain complete documentation.
- Ensure timely update of rejected/damaged materials and follow-up for replacements.
- Support monthly MIS reporting and stock reconciliation.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, stock control procedures, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- Male only Preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in Inventory Management / Storekeeping (construction, manufacturing, or building materials preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with manufacturing ERP is an advantage).
- Strong MS Excel skills and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication, planning, and coordination abilities.
