Inventory Executive

oversees company's stock, ensuring optimal levels by tracking, ordering, and managing the receipt and dispatch of products, coordinating with suppliers, leading warehouse teams, and using data analysis to forecast needs, minimize costs, and maintain accurate records for efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track movement, and maintain accurate inventory records using software.

Procurement: Order new stock, source suppliers, negotiate costs, and manage vendor relationships. Logistics & Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping; optimize warehouse layouts and processes.

Forecasting: Analyze sales data to predict future needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking. Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and lead warehouse staff. Reporting: Generate reports on inventory status, efficiency, and supply chain progress.

Billing and Payment: Making sure that billing towards inward and outward supply made is accurate and accounted.
