QC & Backend Inventory Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC & Backend Inventory Executive to handle quality checking of jewellery and manage day-to-day backend inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, basic knowledge of jewellery, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks (QC) on jewellery for finish, polish, stone setting, weight, and defects

Ensure jewellery meets company quality standards before dispatch or stock-in

Manage daily inventory records (inward, outward, returns, and transfers)

Maintain accurate backend data for stock, QC reports, and discrepancies

Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for stock movement

Identify and report quality issues or inventory mismatches promptly

Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of jewellery items

Support audits and stock verification activities

Requirements:

Experience in jewellery QC or inventory management preferred

Basic understanding of jewellery materials, stones, and workmanship

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to maintain accurate backend records (Excel/software-based)

Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a jewellery manufacturing, retail, or export environment
