Industry: Shipping / Marine / Logistics

Experience: 1+ Year (Shipping Line Inventory) OR Fresher with Relevant Marine Qualification

• Monitor, maintain, and control inventory levels for marine spares, equipment, and consumables
• Coordinate with shipping lines, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for inventory movement
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems
• Track inbound and outbound materials and ensure timely availability
• Assist in stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime regulations
• Support procurement and logistics teams with inventory-related data
• Identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required

• Basic understanding of shipping operations and marine inventory
• Knowledge of marine spares and technical equipment (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
