1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inbound, outbound, and internal transfers).
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement FIFO / FEFO / client-specific inventory rotation methods.
2. Stock Audits & Reconciliation
- Conduct periodic cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and reconciliations.
- Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes of stock variances.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management and clients.
3. System & Documentation Management
- Update inventory data in WMS/ERP systems accurately and timely.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific SOPs and reporting standards.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Report inventory issues, discrepancies, or damages to the Inventory Manager promptly.
- Assist in audits and client reviews when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, FMCG, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in 3PL or warehousing.
Skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
