Inventory Controller (E-commerce | Non-Food)

We are hiring an experienced Inventory Controller with mandatory hands-on experience in Operations (Ops), Buying, Procurement, and Purchase for a non-food e-commerce business. The role involves managing inventory accuracy, day-to-day operations, procurement coordination, and logistics support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations
• Control inventory accuracy and stock levels
• Handle buying, procurement, and purchase coordination
• Support purchase planning, stock replenishment, and vendor follow-ups
• Monitor inbound and outbound stock movement
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate inventory, operations, and purchase records
• Identify and resolve operational, stock, and procurement discrepancies

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 2+ years GCC experience as an Inventory Controller / Inventory Executive
• Operations (Ops) experience
• Buying / Procurement / Purchase experience
• Non-food e-commerce background only(electronics, fashion, lifestyle, general merchandise, etc.)
• Candidates may be considered for other GCC locations : Qatar, Oman, Kuwait ,UAE
