Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tendering Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Doha. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction phase, managing the entire tendering process to secure new projects that align with our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire tender process from receipt of enquiry to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Analyze and review tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements, to fully understand project scope.
* Coordinate with internal departments, including estimation, design, procurement, and project management, to gather the necessary information for bid submissions.
* Prepare, compile, and manage all documentation required for comprehensive and professional tender submissions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all tender-related communications, liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers to clarify queries.
* Maintain a detailed and accurate register of all tenders, tracking their status and outcomes.
* Assist in the completion of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) to ensure the company is eligible to bid for strategic projects.
* Ensure all bid submissions are compliant with client requirements and the company's quality and commercial standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Tendering Coordinator, Bid Coordinator, or a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
* A strong understanding of the tendering and procurement processes in the construction sector.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
* A degree in a relevant discipline such as Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering is highly desirable.
