Operations Officer – ELV & ICT

Role Description

Coordinate between sales, procurement, design, and engineering teams. Track tenders, quotations, and supplier deliveries, and provide consolidated status updates to the GM.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the GM with regular updates on tenders, quotations, and procurement status
• Track tender submissions, closures, and outcomes
• Monitor quotation flow: sent, pending, followed-up, and converted
• Ensure timely internal approvals for pricing, discounts, and submissions
• Coordinate with sales coordinators on daily sales activity status
• Follow up with procurement team on supplier deliveries, delays, and material availability
• Maintain commercial documentation (tenders, quotations, approvals, supplier quotes)
• Liaise with design and engineering teams for BOQs, drawings, and technical inputs
• Maintain accurate trackers and dashboards for management reporting Qualifications
• 4–7 years’ experience in ELV or a similar coordination role (Tenders, sales & Procurement)
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and workflows
• Proven experience coordinating multiple teams/departments
• Strong reporting, follow-up, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• IT/ELV Sales : 4 years (Preferred)
