Inventory Planning Lead

1. Demand Forecasting and Inventory Planning

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, sales trends, and operational needs.
• Lead inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and seasonality to determine the right inventory levels.

2. Inventory Management and Optimization

• Implement strategies to balance inventory costs with operational requirements.
• Ensure timely sourcing and replenishment of critical parts and materials in collaboration with OEMs.
• Regularly monitor inventory data to identify trends and adjust stock levels accordingly.

3. Collaboration and Communication

• Work with procurement and OEM teams to align inventory plans with production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with workshops and logistics teams to streamline material flow and minimize delays.
• Ensure inventory is available to meet fulfillment targets for internal departments and external customers.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Generate reports on inventory performance, including stock levels, turnover rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements using data analytics.

5. Process Improvement and Implementation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
• Develop and execute inventory management plans, including stock replenishment and optimization strategies.

6. Other Tasks

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager to meet operational requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
