Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and proper documentation. The role involves coordination with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain optimal inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track stock movement (inward & outward) and update ERP/system entries.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
  • Generate inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Identify slow-moving and obsolete stock.
  • Maintain documentation for goods received and dispatched.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,422.28 - ₹34,811.80 per month
