Inventory Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound & outbound stock flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP /SAP).
• Coordinate with warehouse, production teams, and retail dispatch.
• Perform daily stock counts & physical verification.
• Handle documentation including GRN, gate passes, and returns.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in stock audits, PI, and cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or abnormalities to the Inventory Manager.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles & GRN process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management (retail preferred).
• Proficient in inventory systems (SAP, Excel).
• Strong organizational, reporting, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
