Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouse/store locations
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward, outward, and transfers)
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Identify discrepancies and investigate stock variances
- Coordinate with procurement, store, and finance teams for inventory updates
- Ensure proper stock classification, labeling, and storage practices
- Track slow-moving and non-moving stock and report findings
- Assist in demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Experience in retail, FMCG, construction, or distribution industry
- Knowledge of barcode systems or inventory automation tools
