Summary: Provides strategic and tactical support of inventory management activities by performing the following duties personally or in conjunction with the Inventory Investment Management Team:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Coordinates departmental work-flow at the branch level.

· Aids in the identification of issues in managing the perpetual inventory to ensure accuracy at assigned branch levels.

· Maintains the integrity of the purchase order system at assigned branch levels.

· Maintains all inventory management systems for assigned branches (Clarity).

· Evaluates, analyzes and implements tactical processes toward optimizing timing inventory to assigned branch level goals.

· Oversees purchase order process for specified merchandise.

· Guides communication between corporate headquarters and assigned branch levels concerning inventory, assortment and purchasing levels.

· Oversee compliance of purchase orders entered at corporate location in the inventory system for shipments to assigned branch locations.

· Domestic travel required to provide training on Clarity and related inventory systems and to evaluate level of inventory and space availability at assigned branches.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or 5 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Exhibits knowledge of sales, operations, inventory best practices (SOP or SIOP). Ability to build cross functional relationships and teams.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
