Inventory & Logistic Officer

Job Title: Inventory Control / Logistics Officer

  • The Inventory Control / Logistics Officer is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment to ensure uninterrupted production and timely customer deliveries.
  • The role oversees the receipt, storage, tracking, and dispatch of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods, maintaining accurate records through ERP systems.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, initiating replenishment, and analyzing fast- and slow-moving items to optimize inventory.
  • The officer ensures efficient warehouse operations through proper storage, labeling, cycle counts, and adherence to safety and compliance standards, while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • The role also involves coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing import documentation, and liaising with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams. Additionally, the candidate will support warehouse setup, including layout design, location coding, and process implementation.
  • Regular reporting, cost control, and cross-functional coordination with procurement, production, maintenance, and finance teams are essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, with proven experience in inventory control and logistics (manufacturing preferred). Strong ERP, Excel, and organizational skills are required.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
