Warehouse Administrator – South Philadelphia

GEN3 Electric & HVAC is hiring a Warehouse Administrator to keep our techs supplied and our jobs running smoothly. This role is part logistics, part problem-solver — you’ll manage inventory software, coordinate with vendors, and prep materials for our electricians and HVAC teams.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble parts and materials for jobs and service calls
• Track inventory and process deliveries in our software system
• Communicate with vendors, managers and techs to keep materials flowing
• Keep the warehouse organized, accurate, and efficient
