We're Hiring – Inventory Management Officer (Entry Level)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Management Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at the early stages of their careers who have a strong command of Microsoft Excel and exposure to inventory management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Stock Control:
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist in tracking stock movements across warehouses and retail stores.
- Ensure timely updating and reconciliation of inventory data.
- Review stock reports to identify shortages, discrepancies, or excess inventory.
- Maintain SKU-level records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Prepare inventory reports and dashboards for management review.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain accurate records within ERP systems.
- Identify trends and highlight inventory-related issues for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of inventory transactions.
Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and retail teams to facilitate smooth inventory operations.
- Follow established SOPs and inventory control procedures.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting).
- Basic hands-on exposure to ERP systems as an end-user will be preferred.
- Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
