Inventory Management Supervisor

Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Monitor daily warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and timely system updates.
• Conduct regular stock counts, analyze inventory turnover and slow-moving items, and provide optimization recommendations.

Receiving & Logistics

• Track supplier shipments and logistics, coordinate receiving, inspection, and storage processes.
• Ensure received goods match purchase orders in quantity, specifications, and quality.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and receiving reports to support purchasing, sales, and management decisions.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies (shortages, overstock, slow-moving items) and implement corrective actions.

Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, logistics, and store teams to ensure smooth inventory and receiving operations
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and inventory adjustments as required.

Process improvement

• Continuously optimize inventory management and receiving processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics; experience in footwear, apparel, or sports brands preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
