Inventory Manager

Job Title: Inventory Manager/Inventory Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Inventory Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the inventory team as well as handling day-to-day inventory operations himself. This role requires a detail-oriented, disciplined, and hands-on individual who ensures accuracy in stock records, smooth inventory flow, and proper coordination with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the inventory control team on a daily basis.

2. Perform physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.

3. Monitor inward and outward movement of goods (purchases, sales, transfers, returns).

4. Ensure timely updating of stock data in Tally Prime Software.

5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

6. Investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages and take corrective actions.

7. Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to avoid pilferage, mismatch, or excess stock.

8. Work closely with purchasing and sales teams to ensure stock availability.

9. Assist in stock planning and forecasting based on sales trends.

10. Train and guide inventory team members to follow best practices.

11. Ensure the warehouse and storage area is organized and well-maintained.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inventory management / warehouse operations.

Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (Excel/Tally Prime).

Ability to lead a small team while also doing operational work.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in inventory / stock control.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
