About Us

Ramla Supermarket is a fast-growing retail chain committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth day-to-day store management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily inventory operations across all departments.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and system updates.
  • Monitor product movement and analyze trends to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Implement effective inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Generate inventory reports and present insights to management.
  • Supervise inventory staff and provide training to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with store and warehouse teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Manager, Inventory Controller, or similar role (retail/grocery experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory control systems, stock management, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
