Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management & Control

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Regularly update stock status on the company’s ERP/website.
  • Monitor vehicle availability, movement, and display readiness.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely vehicle delivery and transfers.

2. Coordination & Documentation

  • Liaise with sales, finance, and service teams for vehicle availability, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), and registration.
  • Ensure all documents (invoice, RC copy, insurance, etc.) are properly filed and matched with inventory.
  • Maintain vehicle history and documentation for demo and sold cars.

3. Online Inventory & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate car photoshoots and upload listings with detailed specifications and images.
  • Monitor and update vehicle status (available, sold, in-transit) across digital platforms.
  • Ensure pricing and car details on the website and social media are accurate and up to date.

4. Vendor & Procurement Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for vehicle procurement and movement.
  • Track vendor invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments.
  • Maintain relationships with OEMs and external partners for inventory-related operations.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on vehicle stock, turnover rate, and aging.
  • Track and report discrepancies, damages, or delays.
  • Provide management with inventory insights for decision-making and forecasting.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of automobile models, variants, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Inventory management software.
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in digital inventory handling (website/online listings).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or Automobile Management).
  • 3–6 years of experience in inventory or operations management in the automobile sector (luxury/pre-owned car experience preferred).

Performance Indicators:

  • Accuracy of inventory data and stock reporting.
  • Timeliness of vehicle availability and display readiness.
  • Reduction in stock discrepancies and damages.
  • Efficiency of coordination between sales and operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
