Education: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control store inventory including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and ensure real-time inventory tracking.
  • Plan optimum stock levels to avoid shortages, overstocking, and dead inventory.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile variances.
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and sales teams for material planning.
  • Monitor material movement, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and shelf-life where applicable.
  • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, safety, and housekeeping in the store.
  • Handle vendor coordination for material receipt and discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP.
  • Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and store management best practices.
  • MS Excel proficiency.
