Education: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and control store inventory including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and ensure real-time inventory tracking.
- Plan optimum stock levels to avoid shortages, overstocking, and dead inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile variances.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and sales teams for material planning.
- Monitor material movement, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and shelf-life where applicable.
- Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, safety, and housekeeping in the store.
- Handle vendor coordination for material receipt and discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP.
- Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and store management best practices.
- MS Excel proficiency.
