We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our agency and major real estate developers, ensuring our stock is accurate, up-to-date, and competitively positioned. You will be responsible for managing relationships with developers, ensuring seamless data flow into our CRM, and supporting our sales agents with high-quality availability lists.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Control

Manage and maintain the company’s entire property inventory (Sales and Leasing) within the CRM system, ensuring 100% accuracy of data, pricing, and availability.

Conduct regular audits of property listings on property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) to ensure quality scores are maximized and listings are compliant with local regulations.

Categorize inventory effectively to distinguish between secondary market units and developer off-plan stock.
Developer Relations (Primary Market)

Act as the primary liaison with Real Estate Developers. Maintain strong relationships with developer sales offices to receive immediate updates on stock releases, price changes, and payment plans.

Secure exclusive or bulk inventory details from developers before they hit the wider market.

Manage the "Stock Sheet" for off-plan projects, ensuring the sales team has real-time access to available units.
Team Support & Reporting

Generate daily and weekly inventory reports for the Sales Director and Management, highlighting aging stock, hot properties, and gaps in the portfolio.

Coordinate with the marketing team to feature specific high-potential units in campaigns.

Train new agents on the internal inventory procedures and CRM usage.
Requirements
Experience
-
Total Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Real Estate industry.

Local Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Developer Background: Must have previous experience working directly with a Real Estate Developer in an inventory or sales administration capacity. Candidates who understand the lifecycle of developer stock releases will be prioritized.
Skills & Competencies

Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate laws and regulations.

Proficiency in Real Estate CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Masterkey, PropSpace, or proprietary developer systems).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.

Strong relationship management skills to negotiate and communicate effectively with developers and landlords.
