Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-focused and proactive Inventory Manager to handle back-office inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, supervising inventory staff, and improving supply chain processes to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control, logistics, and return processes within the supply chain
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile stock variances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and liaise with vendors
- Identify and resolve issues related to inventory flow and stock availability
- Review demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise, train, and guide the inventory team
- Prepare reports on inventory performance and cost efficiency for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory or supply chain operations (telecom back-office experience is a plus)
- Strong MS Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Maximum age: 30 years
