Experience & Background:

  • 8–10 years of experience in inventory management in the foodstuff/FMCG sector.
  • Experience in managing multi-temperature storage: Ambient, Chiller, and Frozen.
  • Proven expertise in FIFO/FEFO, batch, and expiry management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are a plus.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of inventory control processes, stock accuracy, and reconciliation.
  • Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP platforms.
  • Skilled in conducting cycle counts, stock audits, and root cause analysis.

Food Safety & Compliance:

  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and UAE municipality regulations.
  • Experience handling expiry-sensitive stock and maintaining cold chain standards.

Analytical & Operational Skills:

  • Proficient in inventory forecasting, shrinkage control, and space optimization.
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitoring KPIs such as stock turnover, order accuracy, and wastage control.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.
  • Effective team leadership and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
