Inventory Officer

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Officer - Warehouse for our newly formed joint venture DP World NLC Logistics. This role involves performing regular physical stock counts, verifying the physical stock against system records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory data is correctly updated in the warehouse management system (WMS). The position supports overall inventory accuracy, stock availability, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy by verifying the physical stock against the system record of the warehouse.
• Execution of six complete cycle counts for each customer in a six months period.
• Ensure cycle counts, slot audits and the reconciliation of activities between systems.
• Review generated and verified system generated reports.
• Ensure physical audit for inbound and outbound activities on daily basis.
• Regularly conducts inventory and transactional checks•Ensuring product integrity by monitoring shipments and expiries. Special emphasis to be paid on expiries.
• Ensure outbound checking is being done for all the deliveries quantity & expiry wise.
• Review documentary and systematic investigation of inventory audit findings.
• Ensure root cause analysis and resolution of discrepancies at the primary stage (if possible) by taking necessary measures.
• Reporting of findings and inventory discrepancies as per defined SOP.
• Follow up on discrepancies and report on developments.

• Ensures preparation of weekly basis inventory reports.

Requires knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management software to perform the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
