Job Description
The Inventory & Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, supporting parts sales, and assisting with basic field and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that combines organization, customer interaction, and light technical support.
- Manage and organize inventory, including tracking stock levels and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with parts sales including quoting, order processing, and customer follow-up
- Put together equipment quotes
- Communicate with existing customers to support parts needs and maintain relationships
- Prepare, pack, and ship parts and materials for both parts sales and new project builds
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Work with internal team to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service
- Provide basic support during equipment startups and field visits (as needed)
- Assist with installations, equipment cleanings on site, and general field support. This may require travel up to 30%.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experience (Preferred):
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience
- Experience with inventory, warehouse operations or parts sales
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to work at a desk, in the warehouse and occasionally in the field at job sites located across the county and in South America.
Overtime opportunity available for field work when on projects outside of the office. Our projects are located across North and South America and any field work or visits would include OT, per diem and cover all travel expenses. (Office hours are typically standard 40-hour work weeks)

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
