Inventory Planning Officer

• Plan and manage inventory levels of electrical materials such as cables, switches, breakers, panels, lighting fixtures, conduits, and accessories
• Forecast material requirements based on project schedules, sales forecasts, and historical consumption
• Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and project teams to ensure timely replenishment of electrical items
• Prepare purchase planning recommendations considering lead times, minimum order quantities, and supplier availability
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving electrical items and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure availability of critical electrical materials for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Analyze inventory turnover, aging reports, and material usage trends
• Support periodic stock counts, audits, and reconciliation of electrical inventory
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical stock
• Ensure proper material classification, coding, and storage practices for electrical items
• Generate inventory planning and performance reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and internal controls
