Compensation: $50- 55k annually depending on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in supporting Hydromax USA’s field operations by maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork to keep our crews equipped, and our projects moving safely and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurately track, record, and manage inventory for materials, tools, safety gear, and equipment used across field operations.

  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition of materials.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, and Procurement teams to ensure stock levels meet project and field needs.

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with monthly or quarterly physical inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

  • Support the repair, replacement, and calibration tracking of field tools and equipment.

  • Prepare and stage materials for field crews to ensure timely project mobilization.

  • Monitor inventory usage trends and communicate re-order needs to management.

  • Update electronic records in the company’s inventory tracking system or database.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and logistics operations.

Job Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics; field services or utility industry experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic inventory or ERP systems.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • Commitment to Hydromax USA’s safety culture and operational excellence.

Pay:

  • $50- 55k depending on experience

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
