We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Specialist with an Accounting Background to manage store-to-store transfers, maintain accurate records, and support inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track store-to-store transfers in both system and Excel sheets.

Prepare and analyze inventory and transfer reports.

Communicate with store teams via email and phone to confirm transfers and handle tag reprints.

Ensure all transfer documents, shipping labels, and receipts are accurately recorded.

Monitor pending transfers and follow up for timely completion.

Support management with other inventory-related activities as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Atleast 2 years of experience in inventory control roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, and reporting).

Strong communication skills — written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.

Experience with inventory management systems (ERP or POS) is an advantage.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Shift Details:

This position requires availability during the night shift to support store operations and reporting needs.
